This site is dedicated to scary, thrilling & edgy movies, and making them accessible to those with certain triggers- fans, buffs and newbies alike. Run by a couple with a love for the strange and spooky, we understand how frustrating it is trying to navigate the genres while still trying to avoid certain topics. Our goal is to provide accurate & effective explanations of sensitive scenes to those who need them, as well as showcasing the lesser-known to inspire a deeper love for filmmaking & movies outside of Hollywood hits.

What This Site Isn't

SPOILER FREE
We believe "spoiling" moments that may otherwise hit too close to home doesn't ruin the experience, and instead prepares the audience for an experience more in their control. Please take caution when flipping through our pages!
AN ALTERNATIVE TO WATCHING
Every piece of media has a section on their page detailing legal places to watch them, if available. All information will be up to date at the time of upload (per USA availability) and updated periodically to maintain accuracy. While we won't personally be offended if reading a given media's warnings dissuades you from watching- it's entirely your right to do so- we sincerely hope it inspires readers to watch for themselves. This site is intended to be a supplemental tool and is not intended to fully replace the watching experience.
A COMPLETE LIST
Although we want to fill the site with as much media as possible, we are obviously just two individuals and have not seen every published work known to man. If there's anything you'd like to see added to the site, please head to our Submit page and fill out the form linked there. We plan to personally look into everything that receives a page here to ensure everything is accurate.
A REVIEW SITE
While we do have our own personal opinions of everything that finds a home here, the goal is to provide more "documentation" than "review." Information will be presented as objectively as possible with the goal of informing viewers & letting them judge for themselves whether certain elements are enough for them to handle.
